My HR journey began 18 years ago, spanning roles in recruiting, employee relations, and executive advising. Through these experiences, I’ve gained a well-rounded understanding of what employees need to truly thrive in the workplace.
I bring deep expertise in policy development, which is essential for helping organizations build a strong foundation for AI implementation.
With a mindset focused on streamlining processes and enhancing the employee experience, I help organizations create workplaces that are both efficient and people-centered.
The Journey
Like most people I started using AI like a search tool, then in other ways such as caring for my plants or drafting quick emails. Over time, I realized AI wasn’t just a tool, it was a partner in expanding ideas and possibilities.
Before I knew it, it was AI & Me —working together each day. My curiosity pushed me to explore the wide range of AI tools available and I eventually become a certified AI consultant.

The Mission
At AI & Me Consulting, my mission is to empower organizations to embrace AI in a way that strengthens—not replaces—the human experience at work.
I believe AI adoption should start in HR to ensure it's implemented in a way that is transparent and ethical.
By working with leadership and managers, HR can help units in the organization learn to use AI to reduce repetitive tasks, create space for innovation, and give leaders more time to focus on people.
By guiding organizations through transparent, fair, and consistent AI adoption, I help build workplaces use technology to enhance connection, equity, and collaboration — Using AI to be more human.
